The correct answer is A. 35. As you can see, CD is an angle bisector of RCP. Since you know that PD and DR are equal, you know that both angle C on either side of the angle bisector are equivalent. Making C 35 degrees.

the answer is 70 because the degree of C in the both triangles are same so both sides are 35 and they are same because PD = RD so the answer is 35+35 = 70
