In this sentence “Few Americans speak fluent French”, there are adjectives modifying both the subject and the object.Option "A" is the correct option in regards to the options given in this question. In case of option “C” and “d” it cannot be correct as it says that there is only one adjective. There are definitely two adjectives in this sentence and they are few and fluent. In case of option “b” it cannot be the answer as well. So it can be easily guessed which one is the correct answer.
