The message is intended for the recipient and nobody else unless the receiver has given permission for the data to be disseminated. Mean-spirited messages or those with information that is meant for people outside of the recipient's authority can lead to issues down the road. Messages with abbreviations could lead to an inability to understand the intent of the message.
