If five is a factor, it means that number can be evenly divided by five. Think about it like you're counting by fives or doing the fives times tables.

5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 etc.

As you can see, the only numbers that are in the ones place are 5 and 0.
