1. Ahmmmm.. It always depends on the Company.
But mostly YES.
Resume serves as there basis of what kind of employee are you, what achievements did you have and what skills did you acquired.
However, some companies also asked personal question not only based on you resume.
Some companies gives more details on the attitude and personal aspect of the employee.
Some also do use the resume of an interviewee as a guide question to test if the employee really knows about something that is written on his resume.
