I'd say the last one. Because you shouldn't put the author's name in the quotation marks, and you should always include the name of his/her work in quotation marks, as well as add a number. The comma shouldn't be within the quotation marks, so the third option is incorrect. In my opinion, the correct answer would be (Sumner, "Bees", 47), but since there is no such option, I'd go with the last one.
