This is one way to do it: turn both fractions into decimals to be able to tell. Might not be the method you're supposed to use, despite it probably being easier. 4/6 = 2/3 = about 0.67 (it actually equals 0.6 repeating.) and 6/10 = 0.6 Because 0.67 is greater than (>) 0.6, 2/3 is greater than (>) 6/10.

To find whether 4/6 is greater than 6/10, we have to simplify them and then find their values in decimals for a better understanding.
4/6 = 2/3 = 0.666 = 0.67
6/10 = 3/5 = 0.60
So 4/5 is greater than 6/10. This is one of the easiest method of finding the answer that is required. In future if you follow this method then you will not require the help of any other person for solving such problems. I hope you have understood the method shown and got the answer you were expecting.
