Gymnastics because it will stretch all the muscles that have been stretched out when playing the other sports

Paul's muscular fitness would best be improved through gymnastics. Gymnastics is a sport that is extremely taxing on the muscular system as it requires the person who performs different gymnastic elements to use all the muscles in their body to be able to actually perform them. For that reason, gymnastics would be the best way of obtaining that.
