It couldn't be D because Jefferson and Madison were fighting for the southerners who didn't want natural rights because it included high taxes. Alexander Hamilton wrote amendments to include taxes and it want until AFTER Alexander died that Jefferson and Madison realized it was a sensible plan.

I also suggest every last one of you slackers go listen to Hamilton the american musical. it has a lot of good information, fast raps heart warming songs and explicit language but you'll like it.
