yoga are the physical,mental and spiritual practices or discipline that aim to transform body and mind
yogasana is a part of yoga

 a brick is a part of a house but that doesnt mean you can call it a house itself! similarly asana is just a part of yoga but that doesnt mean you can call it yoga!
