The formation of the state of Israel took place after the end of WWII. The country of Israel was formed on 14th May in the year 1948.The britishers had made the Palestine as their colony after the defeat of Ottoman Empire in World War I. They continued their rule till the midnight of 14th May 1948. As soon as the british Mandate ended, the country of Israel was born. The Americans supported the formation of Israel.The Russians followed soon after with their support.
