let's name all the purchases "x"

so
(4)/(25)

of them were stuffed animals, and out of that
(10)/(21)

were bears.

to get the results we have to multiply the fraction of bears by the fraction of the stuff animals:

(4)/(25)*(10)/(21)

.

and now we simplify:

(4*2)/(5*21)

=

and this is the answer!
