4/25 of the purchases were stuffed animals. 10/21 of them were bears. What fraction of the purchases were stuffed bears?

let's name all the purchases "x"

so
(4)/(25)of them were stuffed animals, and out of that
(10)/(21) were bears.

to get the results we have to multiply the fraction of bears by the fraction of the stuff animals:


(4)/(25)*(10)/(21).

and now we simplify:

(4*2)/(5*21)=
(8)/(105)

and this is the answer!
