The question says 'Anna waters her plants with salty water to help them grow better. Is her thinking correct? Her thinking is not correct. If soil water is used to wet a plant, the salt inside the water will accumulate at the root region. If the concentration of the salt is too much, it will makes water to flow out of the plant, the plant will dry up and die.
