As per the options provided in the given question, the correct option is option "B". Regarding the Electoral College, the statement " Electors vote on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December" is completely false. Actually the voting takes place after 41 days of the main or popular election that is held. It does not matter in any way if that is a Monday or a Wednesday. It would be completely wrong to think that the Electoral College is a place, but actually it is a compromising process in regards to Presidential election that takes into account the voting by the Congress and the voting made by the educated citizens.
