Proteins are( long polymers of aminoacid)composed of many amino acids.These amino acids are linked by peptide bond.
These protein chain further coils to form complex structures ,that is --primary, secondary,tertiary... structures.

Well it depends on the sequence of the amino acids that are forming the protein.
