I have a summer geometry packet and I am confused with this question:

In the same circle, or congruent circles, congruent central angles have congruent arcs.

The statement is true.

Let me just say it a different way, and I think you'll see it:

"In the same pie, or same-size pies, if you cut pieces with the same angle at
the points, then the length of their curvy crusts at the other end is the same,"
