You have to find the bill with tax first so multiply 0.0625 by 28.35, Which would be about 1.77 then you add that to the bill of 28.35, 30.12. Last you multiply 30.12 by .20 for the tip which would end up being 6.02, add that to 30.12. The total will be 36.14
