18 * 0.1 = 1.8 ml

0.09(x + 18) = 1.8
18 + x = 20
x = 20 - 18
x = 2

2 ml.

10\%=(10)/(100)=0.1\\\\0.1\cdot18ml=1.8ml-clear\ alcohol\\\\9\%=(9)/(100)=0.09\\\\w-added\ water\ (ml)\\18ml+w-9\%\ alcohol\ solution\\\\0.09(18+w)=1.8\ \ \ \ /:0.09\\18+w=20\ \ \ /-18\\w=2\\\\Answer:2ml.
