It is really important because if those countries stay poor then they might die of starvation or diseases that their country can prevent from happening if they had enough money. It is also important because there are loads of people out their that have talent but live in poverty so they won't be able to achieve their dreams. Maybe, there should be a World Money Organisation where countries have to donate money and that money goes to the developing countries.
