Write a number in which the digit 8 is ten times the value of the digit 8 in 4.381

the number could be 4.831 because if you took the number alone,(with out the other decimal numbers) you would get 4.080.

4.080 → 4.800

If you multiply the 8 by ten the 8 would move one spot to the left.
