Shop Rite has a sale of 3/10 off which changes into 30%, while Save More has a sale of 33%.
33% > 30% so Save More has the better sale.

Save More has a better sale because the other store (Shop Right) only has a 30% discount while Save More has a 33% discount.
3/10 is 30%
