Why should the goal of the truly wealthy be to bring about the reconciliation of the rich and the poor? How should they accomplish that goal, according to Carnegie

First, you must demonstrate that the truly wealthy really have what amounts to a classless society as their goal. Not all the uber-rich are Bill Gates-type folks. Also, use of the word "should" implies that the questioner feels that the rich have a moral obligation to lift up the poor. As construed, your questions cannot be answered, because they are based on a faulty premise.
