How did the European settlers and Native Americans interact in New Mexico, Virginia, Philadelphia, and New England?

The Native Americans were being pushed off their lands, but there were certain treaties "trying" to keep neutrality. Anyway, as the economy grew in America, because of fur trading(becoming really popular) it helped interact with one another.
