tRNAs are bringing amino acids to the ribosomes.
In translation the mRNA moves from the nucleus to the cytoplasm through the nuclear envelop,then the initiation factors bind ribosomes with the mRNA to form the initiation complex,then tRNAcarrying amino acids bind to the larg ribosomal subunit to make the peptide chain.
