A compound predicate contains two or more predicates in it. Having this in mind, the sentence that has a compound predicate is A. Sandy washed and ironed her clothes. B is incorrect because there is a compound subject, but not a predicate. C is incorrect because of the same thing. D is incorrect because to eat and to study are not predicates here, they are used as adverbial phrases.
