AO is the angle bisector of the angle BAC
m∠BAO = m∠CAO
2x + 6 = 4x - 12
4x - 2x = 6 + 12
2x = 18
x = 9
Substitute the value of x:
m∠QBO = 3x - 15°
m∠QBO = 3*9° - 15° = 27° - 15° = 12°
