What is one of the most important rules to remember about healthy eating?

A. Eat only low-fat, low-salt foods while training.

D. Eliminate snack foods and chocolate.

All of them are important rules but i would say D because chocolate is fattening and has lots of sugars and eating snack foods is not healthy either.
