we have

The area of the soccer field is equal to
6,000\ m^(3)

we know that

the number
6,000 is equal to

6,000=6*1,000

and the number
1,000 is equal to

1,000=10^(3)

substitutes

6,000=6*1,000=6*10^(3)

therefore

the answer is

6*(10^(3))\ m^(3)

The show the area of the school field to the power of ten, Mario simply has to count the amount of zeros in 6,000. He will of course count 3 zeros, so the answer will be 6 x 10^(3).
