Let’s call the

angle “a”
arc length “l”
radius “r”

Remember this formula:

a = l/r

We are given the angle and radius.

1.5 = l/10

Multiply both sides by 10

15 = l

The arc length is 15 centimetres.

Remember that this formula can only be used with radians, not degrees.
