Some legacy is architecture, especially in the South of Spain (the famous Alhambra is a Moore structure and so is the Cathedral of Cordoba).
Also the division of the Peninsula into Spain and Portugal dates back to this time.
Further, many words of Arabic were adopted into Spanish during this time.
