How Did Early peoples arrive in the americas?

First Settlers arrived in the Americas from Asia through the Bering Strait. At the time the climate was much colder than today, and it is suggested that either the straight was frozen over and people could walk or the sea was a lot more shallow then today, so people could cross the Strait with primitive boats.
