What are 3 pairs of numbers with the same absolute value?

Absolute value represents the distance away from 0. So if you have a negative number, you could almost say that you ignore the negative sign. 3 pairs of numbers:
1 and -1
2 and -2
3 and -3
n and -n
As long as n is the same value, then it should always be the same absolute value
