The roman laws influence democracy is the context of rights of the citizens or the people of Rome. In a political sense, those freed individuals were able to vote, take hold of an office and be a representative. They also have laws of persons, either slaves or citizen. These laws constitute also the rights to becoming a Romanian citizen. As for women in the face of democracy, they were treated equal but is not allowed to vote, take office or serve military. They also have privacy rights, and hold courts to let witnesses and the suspect be have verdict.
