IRCR, The International Committee of the Red Cross, was founded in 1863. It is an organisation providing humanitarian protection and health services to those who need them.
ICRC New Zealand was involved among others in the provision of health services in Nepal, such as after the recent earth quake and Timor Leste. ICRC was established in New Zealand in 1915 - an exact 100 years ago!
