Sixth Amendment In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, . . . What were the Founding Fathers most likely concerned about based on this text?

When the Founding Fathers drafted this amendment, they knew they had just fought a war for freedom from tyranny. So they were concerned that people would be imprisoned and held without a fair trial. They wanted to make sure this wasn't the case in America.
