Actually, there are two correct answers: The first, and in my option not the best option is A. A wintry city Street. The matchseller is trying to sell matches while being on the street, and then she dies from hypothermia (too low body temperature). However, I think that B. B. A place in the matchseller's imagination is a better option, as the majority of the story finds place in her imagination.
