The greater the percent dissociation of an acid, the: stronger the acid weaker the acid more hydrogen atoms the acid molecule has in its formula more [OH−] ions are in solution

The answer is stronger the acid. This will lead to more H+ ions and this is not related with hydrogen atoms per molecule. It is just percent.
