NINTH AMENDMENT - Explain Non-Enumerated Rights.

The Non-Enumerated Rights are the rights which are not explicitly enumerated in the Constitution, but which follow the natural rights, such as the right to choose a profession. The Ninth amendment says that enumerated rights do not mean that there cannot be other rights, which are not specifically enumerated.
