The police suspect that a woman committed a crime, but they have no evidence to prove it. When she is away from home, the police break into her house without a warrant. What amendment could she use to stop them from using any evidence they found?

first off the answer is the fourth Amendment. second off the fourth amendment protects your privacy without a warrant, which then gives you probable cause for them not to search you office or house in this case, so this means no government agencies can search your home or office without your consent so she could use the fourth amendment on them.
