a=b timmes height times 1/2
subsitute
a=29.16
height/altitude=5.4
29.16=1/2 times 5.4 times base
mmultiply both sides by 2 to get rid of fraction
58.32=5.4 times b
divide both sides by 5.4
10.8=base
the answe is 10.8 inches
