India's observance for the rule of law has differed from that of Algeria in the sense that there has been more lawlessness in Algeria, mostly due to sectional violence.

The correct answer is the following.

The observance of the law in India has differed form Argelia in that there has been more lawlessness in Argelia. Argelia is a very violent country and civil war has produced many pain, suffering, and deaths.

India has done a much better job than Argelia. Its results on this matter are different. Violence in India is not as high as in Argelia. Religious beliefs and people’s behavior are two factors that have helped India to improve its situation.

From 1996 to 2010, the government of India has shown more openness to listen to people and does not punish freedom of speech. It has been more tolerant in past, in a clear difference of what happened in Argelia.
