Wilson's Plan was called Fourteen Points, as it had fourteen points that would according to him lead to the world peace. Those were: (the first 5)

1. Diplomacy should be public, not secret
2. Freedom of navigation in the seas
3. Removal of economic barriers
4. Low lever of national armaments
5. Self-determination of colonies (at least parcial)
