In our soicety today it is hard to find people that have a mature enough even attitude to take responibilty for themselves. Such as people on welfare that may be welfare because they need it or they just don't want to work. The responibility of acting another person is also very miss understood in this soicety. So my opinion is that individuals in this soicety need to take charge and step up to the plate.
