Without the picture, we have no way to know whether segment AB is even
on the same planet as circle O, let alone how they may be related.
We need to know what AB has to do with the circle, and what 'C' has to do
with all of them.
Trying to explain all this without showing us the picture is going to be about
as easy as writing instructions for tying a shoe.
