Porfirio Diaz was a president of Mexico for 35 years, 7 presidential terms, and was in fact a dicator, and his rule is known as the Porfiriato in Mexico.

ps. Maximilian was an Austrian-born Emperor of Mexico, and the only Emperor of Mexico, not a president. The other two were presidents.
