nooo it cannot. angles of a triangle must add up to equal 180 degrees, so 2 right angles would not allow for a third angle.

No. A triangle's angles all add up to 180. 90 (a right angle)+ 90=180, making the other angle 0. This could leave a triangle with only two angles, not making a triangle.
