Biotic factors means the living factors and river is not a living thing.So it has to be considered in a abiotic factor.Moreover the river cannot be a part of terrestrial ecosystem ,it is a part of aquatic ecosytem.The biotic factors include pants ,animals bacteria present on land.All the factors that are living can be included into the terrestrial ecosystem.
