How does the temperature of water affect the way water moves

well, the colder something is, the less the molecules move around, making it harder for the substance to move

think of it as this:
extremely hot water=steam/gas, moves quickly
room tempurature=liquid, moves slower than steam/gas
frozen=solid, moves very slowly, if even


the colder it is, the slower water moves
