Which government agency primarily deals with domestic policy issues?

The DoD deals with national defense, the military, and stuff like that...
The State Department deals with FOREIGN affairs, not domestic affairs.
The EPA is probably what you're looking for. They deal with domestic environmental issues.
The CIA helps aid the President and US policymakers to make decisions by gathering intelligence.
