The two international leaders that met with President Carter during the famous Camp David Accords were Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin.
The Camp David Accords were signed on September 17, 1978 following secret negotiations at Camp David. It was a formal peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. Both Sadat and Begin shared the 1978 Noble Peace Prize.
